Clore Learning: Inclusive leadership & making positive change

Our most recent Clore Leadership Pulse sessions proved to be particularly timely - as we discussed inclusion at a time when we are seeing activism and protests against racism in the US.

In a session led by Sarah Pickthall, we discussed what we can do in the cultural sector to be more inclusive, and to consider the actions we can take to improve things in this area - even if this means addressing our own privilege and biases.

I was also in a conversation around the challenges venues and touring companies face, and the differences between the two - providing an opportunity for us as a cohort to learn from and engage with each other.
